It was born in the gym. In the kitchen. In the chaos of early mornings and late nights.

I’m Julia, founder of BTC Gymwear and like many women, I’ve battled self-doubt, inconsistency and the pressure to show up as everything, all at once.
But somewhere between lifting weights, raising a family, and choosing myself again and again, I found power in consistency, discipline,and purpose.

BTC stands for Become The Change not just a slogan, but a way of life.
It’s about becoming the version of yourself that you know is there stronger, more grounded, more in control.

I started BTC because I wanted gymwear that represented more than just aesthetics.
I wanted clothing that felt powerful but feminine.
That supported movement, motherhood and mind-over-matter days.
And that stood for something real.

I built this brand with the belief that women deserve apparel that works as hard as they do in and out of the gym.
